1. Nature of the service

Rairee is a first-party content-automation tool operated by
Rairee. It publishes the operator’s own content
to the operator’s own connected accounts via official platform APIs. It is not a
service offered to third-party end users.

2. Acceptable use

• The Service is used only to publish content the operator owns or is authorized
  to publish.
• The operator must comply with the terms and policies of each platform
  (Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Platform Policy, TikTok Developer Terms, etc.).
• No misuse, spam, automated abuse, or violation of platform rate limits.

3. Authentication and security

• The operator is responsible for keeping their own credentials and tokens
  secure. Rairee never displays, logs, or shares token values.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Platform APIs may change or
restrict access at any time; publishing is not guaranteed.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rairee is not
liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

1. サービスの性質

Rairee は Rairee が運営する first-party の
コンテンツ自動化ツールです。運営者自身のコンテンツを、公式プラットフォーム API 経由で
運営者自身の連携アカウントへ投稿します。第三者ユーザー向けに提供するサービスでは
ありません。

2. 許容される利用

• 運営者が権利を持つ、または投稿を許可されたコンテンツの投稿にのみ使用します。
• 各プラットフォームの規約・ポリシー（Meta Platform Terms / Instagram Platform Policy /
  TikTok Developer Terms 等）を遵守します。
• 不正利用・スパム・自動化乱用・レート制限違反を行いません。

3. 認証とセキュリティ

• 運営者は自身の認証情報・トークンの安全管理に責任を負います。Rairee はトークン値を
  表示・ログ出力・共有しません。

4. 無保証

本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供され、いかなる保証もしません。プラットフォーム API は
変更・制限されることがあり、投稿の成立を保証しません。

5. 責任の制限

法令で認められる範囲で、Rairee は本サービスの利用に起因する
間接的・派生的損害について責任を負いません。
