How to request deletion
Rairee is a first-party tool that operates only on the operator’s own
connected accounts and does not process third-party end-user data. If you are the
operator (or a platform user whose data you believe we hold), you may request
deletion at any time:
- Email: contact@rairee.com
- Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
- Please include the platform and account in question.
We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
On request (or when you disconnect an account), we delete:
- Stored authentication tokens for the affected account (access / refresh
tokens are removed from local storage and revoked where the platform supports it). - Generated drafts and post records associated with the account (captions,
video draft metadata, returned media IDs / permalinks kept for record-keeping).
Revoking access directly on the platform
You can also remove Rairee’s access from the platform side at any time:
- Facebook / Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites → remove the app.
- TikTok: Settings → Security and login → Manage app permissions → remove the app.
Revoking access invalidates the stored tokens.

削除の依頼方法
Rairee は運営者自身の連携アカウントのみを対象とする first-party ツールであり、
第三者ユーザーのデータは処理しません。運営者ご本人（または当社が保有するデータの
対象と考えられるプラットフォーム利用者）は、いつでも削除を請求できます。
- メール: contact@rairee.com
- 件名: 「データ削除依頼」
- 対象のプラットフォームとアカウントをご記載ください。
確認のうえ、30 日以内に削除を完了します。
削除される対象
ご依頼時（またはアカウント連携解除時）に、以下を削除します。
- 対象アカウントの保存済み認証トークン（access / refresh token をローカル保存から
削除し、プラットフォームが対応していれば失効させます）。 - 対象アカウントに紐づく生成下書き・投稿記録（キャプション、動画下書きメタ、
記録用に保持した media ID / permalink）。
プラットフォーム側での連携解除
プラットフォーム側からいつでも Rairee のアクセスを解除できます。
- Facebook / Instagram: 設定 → アプリとウェブサイト
→ アプリを削除。 - TikTok: 設定 → セキュリティとログイン → アプリの連携管理 → アプリを削除。
連携解除により、保存済みトークンは無効になります。
