1. Who we are

Rairee ("we", "the Service") is a first-party content-automation tool operated by
Rairee. It publishes the operator’s own blog
(log.rairee.com) and re-publishes the same self-authored content as short-form
videos and captions to the operator’s own social media accounts
(YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Rairee does not post on behalf of, or
process the personal data of, any third-party end users.

2. What data we handle

Within the scope strictly required to operate the Service, we may handle:

  • Authentication tokens for the operator’s own connected accounts
    (e.g. access tokens / refresh tokens for Facebook Pages, Instagram Business,
    TikTok). These are stored securely on the operator’s own machine and are
    never displayed, logged, published, or shared    .
  • Public account identifiers (e.g. Instagram ig_user_id, TikTok open_id,
    Facebook Page ID). These are public identifiers, not secrets.
  • Content we publish: video files, captions/descriptions, hashtags, and the
    source blog article — all authored by the operator.
  • Publishing results: returned media IDs, publish_id, status, and
    permalinks / share URLs for the operator’s own posts (kept for record-keeping).

We do not collect or process personal data of other social-media users.
Visitor data from our website (e.g. contact-form submissions, standard server
logs, cookies/analytics) is described in the website section below.

3. How we use data

  • To upload and publish the operator’s own content to the operator’s own social
    accounts via official platform APIs (Meta Graph API, TikTok Content Posting API).
  • To record the results (media IDs / permalinks) for the operator’s own logs.
  • Tokens are used only to authenticate API calls to the operator’s own
    accounts.

4. Sharing and selling

  • We do not sell any data to third parties.
  • We do not share tokens, secrets, or content with third parties, except the
    official platform APIs strictly necessary to publish the operator’s own content.

5. Retention and security

  • Tokens are stored locally (not in any public repository) and are never exposed
    in logs, error messages, or this document.
  • Generated drafts and post records are kept only as long as needed for operation
    and can be deleted on request (see
    Data Deletion).

6. Website visitor data

For visitors of log.rairee.com: we may receive contact-form submissions
(name/handle, email, message) used only to reply, plus standard server logs and
analytics/cookies. We do not sell this data. See our Contact page.

7. Your rights / data deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of data we hold about you.

8. Advertising and cookies (Google and third-party vendors)

This site uses Google AdSense. Whether ads are actually displayed depends on
the review and serving status of the account, so ads may not be shown at any
given time. The description below applies whenever ads are served.

This site also uses Google Analytics (GA4), which uses cookies to collect
visitor traffic data in a form that does not identify individuals. This data is
used only to understand how the site is read. You can opt out using the
Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Cookies can be disabled or deleted from your browser settings. Where ads are
being served, disabling cookies does not stop them from being shown; it stops
them from being personalised, and some site features may not work as intended.

Affiliate programmes used on this site may also set cookies to attribute

Rairee（以下「本サービス」）は、Rairee が運営する
運営者自身のコンテンツ自動化ツールです。運営者自身のブログ（log.rairee.com）を
公開し、同じ自作コンテンツを短尺動画・キャプションとして運営者自身のSNS
アカウント（YouTube / Facebook / Instagram / TikTok）へ再投稿します。第三者ユーザー
の代理投稿や、第三者の個人データの取扱いは行いません。

2. 取り扱うデータ

本サービスの運用に必要な範囲で、以下を取り扱うことがあります。

  • 運営者自身の連携アカウントの認証トークン（Facebook Page / Instagram Business /
    TikTok の access token / refresh token 等）。これらは運営者自身の端末に安全に保存し、
    表示・ログ出力・公開・第三者提供は一切行いません    。
  • 公開識別子（Instagram ig_user_id / TikTok open_id / Facebook Page ID 等。
    これらは公開識別子であり秘密情報ではありません）。
  • 投稿するコンテンツ（動画ファイル / キャプション / ハッシュタグ / 元ブログ記事。
    いずれも運営者が作成したもの）。
  • 投稿結果（media ID / publish_id / status / permalink・share URL。運営者自身の
    投稿の記録用）。

他の SNS ユーザーの個人データは収集・処理しません。ウェブサイト訪問者のデータは
下記をご覧ください。

3. 利用目的

  • 公式プラットフォーム API（Meta Graph API / TikTok Content Posting API）経由で、
    運営者自身のコンテンツを運営者自身のアカウントへ投稿するため。
  • 投稿結果（media ID / permalink）を運営者自身のログとして記録するため。
  • トークンは運営者自身のアカウントへの API 認証のみに使用します。

4. 第三者提供・販売

  • いかなるデータも第三者に販売しません。
  • トークン・秘密情報・コンテンツを第三者に提供しません（運営者自身のコンテンツ投稿に
    必要な公式 API を除く）。

5. 保管とセキュリティ

  • トークンはローカルに保存し（公開リポジトリには置かない）、ログ・例外・本書類に
    露出させません。
  • 生成した下書き・投稿記録は運用に必要な期間のみ保持し、ご依頼により削除します
    （データ削除: https://rairee.com/data-deletion/）。

6. ウェブサイト訪問者のデータ

log.rairee.com の訪問者については、お問い合わせフォーム（ハンドルネーム / メール /
内容、返信のみに使用）、標準的なサーバーログ、解析 / Cookie を受領することがあります。
これらを販売することはありません。お問い合わせ もご覧ください。

7. 利用者の権利 / データ削除

保有するデータの開示・訂正・削除を請求できます。データ削除:

8. 広告配信と Cookie（Google および第三者配信事業者）

本サイトでは Google AdSense を導入しています。実際に広告が表示されるかは、
アカウントの審査・配信状況によるため、広告が表示されない場合があります。
以下は、広告が配信される場合の取り扱いです。

本サイトでは、Google アナリティクス (GA4) も利用しています。GA4 は Cookie を
使用して、個人を特定しない形で訪問者のアクセス情報を収集します。収集したデータは、
記事がどのように読まれているかの把握のみに使用します。無効化をご希望の場合は

をご利用ください。

Cookie はブラウザの設定から無効化・削除できます。広告が配信されている場合、
Cookie を無効にしても広告の表示自体は止まりません（広告がパーソナライズされなく
